Infrared Sauna

Individual or couples private sessions in our Wellness Sauna. The infrared panels are specifically designed to emit energy at the same wavelength as that emitted by the human body.

Infrared sauna technology is non-invasive. In fact, sunlight contains about 2% infrared, which is the ‘good stuff’ our body needs. We all want to enjoy happy and healthy life, Saunas can help you achieve those goals. The benefits of an infrared sauna can have a significant, positive impact on a person’s health and well-being.

As an added benefit Far Infrared Saunas operate at substantially lower temperatures than conventional steam/hot rock saunas, permitting extended and more comfortable sauna sessions.

Our body readily absorbs far infrared or healthy light (energy) to a depth of 45mm creating a deep, penetrating heat that relaxes, soothes and loosens sore joints and muscles.

Conventional steam saunas heat the air to extreme levels yet only penetrate our body 5 – 10mm.

Swedish Relaxation Massage

Relaxation massage is usually a full body or head, neck and shoulders treatment that uses continual contact and long, flowing strokes which warm the body and help the body and mind to relax.

Happy hormones such as dopamine, serotonin, and endorphins are released which give that post-massage glow.

Relaxation massage has also been shown to reduce the stress hormone cortisol, which in high levels can contribute to sleep deprivation, anxiety, and depression.

Hot Stone Relaxation Massage

A specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body.

The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeper and quicker.

Hot Stone promotes deeper muscle relaxation through the placement of smooth, water-heated stones at key points on the body.

The direct heat of the stones relaxes muscles, allowing the therapist access to deeper muscle layers.
