Whether it is stress, work-related or injury from leisure or sport; Remedial Therapy can assist people of all ages. Remedial Therapy is designed for patients who have injured their muscles, ligaments, tendons and other soft tissues.

Acupuncture treatment involves the insertion of fine, sterile needles into specific sites (acupoints) along the body's meridians to clear energy blockages and encourage the normal flow of Qi through the patient.

The practitioner may also stimulate the acupuncture points using other methods, including moxibustion, cupping, laser therapy, electro-stimulation, and massage, in order for the Qi flow to return to normal. Laser Acupuncture also available.

Remedial massage is the methodological assessment and treatment of the body's muscles, tendons, ligaments & connective tissues in order to aid in the rehabilitation & the management of pain or injury.

Relaxation / Swedish Massage is usually a full body or head, neck and shoulders treatment that uses continual contact and long, flowing strokes which warm the body and help the body and mind to relax. 

Also services for WorkCover / WorkSafe treatments for work injury related issues referred by your medical doctor. Referral requirement, a medical (GP) practitioner must provide a request for Acupuncture Services prior to commencement of treatment. WorkSafe considers Acupuncture to be a referred service. A request from a medical practitioner must therefore be provided.

Please arrange a referral from your medical doctor or see our Acupuncturist to assist you. Acupuncture, Physiotherapy and Remedial Massage are invoiced to WorkSafe, a gap fee may apply please consult with your Acupuncturist. 

TAC - Transport Accident Commission motor accident-related injuries. Please arrange an appointment with our Acupuncturist or Physiotherapist directly to commence treatment, no medical referral is required.

Acupuncture / Physiotherapy is invoiced directly to the TAC and there may be a gap payment, discuss this with your Acupuncturist / Physiotherapist.
